Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. DTCM Permit No. JUM-AL-EAUK4 ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay. We stayed a week at the apartment and enjoyed the location for what we needed. Good to have a parking space, although not directly under the building, once you worked out the different lifts and walkways it was totally fine. Residential building was quiet as was the pool area which we liked. Apartment was very clean and as shown in the photos. We enjoyed staying there.
Good view, nice location, Clean ( just found dust on the shelves in the cupboard and the balcony table and the clothes dryer), nice bed except the pillows looks rickety, the bathroom is nice, the kitchen is clean but need more equipments ( the current equipments not bad), close from the metro 6 min walking, the balcony is nice but definitely no one can stay there as the AC unite is very loud without any covering for that external unite and was dropping water, the man who work on the rooftop for the gym and swimming pool must be nicer when talking to the people, upon check in I had to wait for a while with the security team and after waiting I asked them why I am waiting they told me you can go up!! I asked them why no one said anything as I thought you still doing your procedures and I was waiting for you to tell me where is the elevator and the key or that I can go up!!! Overall the stay was nice and the apartment is good and once I was ask the host about anything she was helpful.

كانت اقامه جيده بشكل عام لاكن كانت لدي مشكلتان ألا وهي التكييف لم يكن يعمل على الوجه المطلوب والثانيه هي ان المواقف المخصصه لي كانت بعيده جدا جدا حيث لم تكن في نفس البرج

Great clean place. Could do with better plug location and a plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom would have been perfect. Altogether, great comms with the Airbnb owner and a lovely place. Would definitely come back.

Appartement très bien situé, moderne et bien agencé. Wifi, bouteilles d’eau, serviettes, gel douche, vaisselle, climatisation, parking. Dommage que la climatisation soit très bruyante, impossible de profiter du balcon paisiblement. Hôte réactif.
