HOUSE RULES:
House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

ACCESS & PARKING CARDS
Please note, that all the Access and Parking cards have to be left in the apartment upon check-out. Lost or damaged cards will be charged to the guest AED350 per card.

LICENSES & FEES:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. 
Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
