Esperienza unica, zona perfetta per chi non ha mezzi propri, metro a 4 minuti a piedi e in 12 minuti ti ritrovi su Dubai Marina in mezzo a grattacieli e yacht di lusso, appartamento curano in ogni minimo dettaglio, stanza veramente ben insonorizzata. In tutto e per tutto perfetto.
Visited for one week with my partner and we got exactly out of it what we expected. We eat out and visited many beach clubs and Marina was walking distance with the Palm being a short taxi ride away. Staff were Friendly
Bien ubicado y con plaza de garage que nos resulto muy comodo. Apartamento moderno y agradable, aunque sufrimos un poco el ruido de los vecinos a altas horas de la madrugada (obviamente esto no lo puede resolver el anfitrion). En general un buen sitio para una estancia en Dubai
Great location, great view and near to the metro. Just a few small things were missing, kitchen cutlery wasn’t the best. No salt/sugar. And there wasn’t any handwash in the bathroom nor any washing up liquid for washing dishes. Place is good to stay for 1-2 days, can get a little messy if stayed for longer as it’s a small place.

I really like the apartment, it was very modern and clean. The checkin and out were very easy and autonomous. The train station is easily reachable by walking. The only negative point is that unfortunately during the night the trains are not riding, and due to the position of the apartment, to cross the street needs to walk a lot.
