Die Unterkunft war wirklich fantastisch. Alles war sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht und alles war in einem top Zustand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohlgefühlt. Pool und Strand waren keine zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Overall, the place was excellent. The location, amenities, and the apartment itself were all great, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few things that I believe could have been better organized. The kitchen was missing some basic supplies, such as enough cutlery and salt or pepper. There was also a very limited supply of toilet paper and other everyday necessities. In addition, there was visible dust in some areas that seemed not to have been touched for more than a few months, as well as stains in the kitchen. When staying in an upgraded apartment, especially for a short vacation, I expect these basic essentials and cleanliness standards to be provided so that guests don’t have to spend time shopping for them themselves.
I had an excellent stay at this beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the Pacific Building at Oceana Residences, Palm Jumeirah. The apartment was exceptionally clean, newly renovated and very well maintained throughout. Everything felt fresh, modern and comfortable, and it was clear that the property is looked after to a very high standard. The location on Palm Jumeirah is fantastic, and Oceana Residences itself has a lovely, premium feel. The apartment was exactly what I was hoping for and made my stay in Dubai extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish and well-kept apartment in an excellent location on the Palm.
الشقه مريحه جداً و نظيفه ومكانها مناسب جداً للعطله يوجد الكثير من الانشطه حولها ويمكنك دخول البحر عن طريق الشقه المكان يوجد فيه الكثير من المطاعم والمسابح والأماكن الترفيهيه تجربه جميله جداً وسأكررها … بالنسبه للمضيف ف هو متعاون جداً ولبق في التعامل ويهتم بأدق التفاصيل وكل ما تطلبه يوفرله لك كانت فرصة جميله .
