LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night which is included in the total reservation fee. ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in reservation is for the after stay cleaning. If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost.
