ACCESS CARDS: The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest. LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. DTCM Permit No. GRE-AL-GDULJ ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was as described and the pictures were accurate. The host was exceptionally responsive and maintained communication to ensure I managed to access the apartment at an extremely late hour of the night. The neighbourhood was pleasant and in a quiet and a nice location. Would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay here. The flat is well equipped with the basic necessities. The location was good. The washing machine had a dryer and washing clothes facilities as well. The kitchen had all the requirements. The owner provided oil, pepper, and salt immediately on request.
