The studio apartment was very clean and it had all the utilities that we needed.The area is quiet,it has a wonderful view and is very safe. There is also a few transportation options close to the apartment and easy and practical to use. It was a great experience,with a lot of comfort. I highly recommend to anyone that decides to select the this studio,it will make your stay wonderful.

The place is clean and well maintained. Has all the basic necessities. Host is helpful and easy to communicate with. Restaurants are at a walkable distance and neighborhood is pretty good. Its a good place for short stays for 1 to 2 people.
The apartment looked exactly like we expected. We appreciated the possibility to buy late check out. Overall compact accommodation with everything you need for a short-term stay!
My recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. The property was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean, immediately creating a sense of comfort and ease. The host's exceptional communication added to the overall experience, providing valuable insights about the area that enhanced our enjoyment. It was conveniently positioned just 25 minutes away from the airport, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Additionally, it was a 5-minute drive from the marina and JBR. Toward the end of our stay, we encountered a couple of minor inconveniences. The air conditioning began to drip, causing some discomfort, and a faulty bathroom door handle briefly trapped us inside. While these were minor hiccups, I have full confidence that the host will promptly address them. In summary, this Airbnb left a lasting impression with its pristine cleanliness, the host's responsiveness, and an unbeatable location. With a few minor improvements, it would easily earn a perfect 5-star rating.
