Great host ! Super responsive 24/7 We love everything in the apartment. You can see the palm view from the balcony, great location with 15 mins walk to Dubai Marina.

The apartment was practically brand new, exactly as per the photos. Same for the facilities such as the Pool, common and play areas. Location was great, close to Marina, Palm and JBR. UStay were great during the whole process, responsive to all messages during the stay. Only point to mention would be that as it is a new location, there is a lot of construction work going on in the surrounding area. Obviously over time this will be less of an issue and never really bothered us during the stay.

Loved our stay, the home was beautiful and perfect for us! The host had excellent communication and was very responsive and answered our question in a timely manner. Beautiful location that was just a walk away from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!
