Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security Deposit of AED3000 is required upon check-in. It is returned after the check-out inspection of the property. ACCESS CARDS: The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest. LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay. The apartment is located in an excellent, new area of Dubai. Private beach, concierge, swimming pool everything corresponds to the description. Comfortable for families with children. I would like to thank Mary for her hospitality and responsiveness! I recommend this owner to everyone.

Worth the price, great vacation Positive: The apartment has stunning sea view, private beach and infinity pool access, convenient location. It is calm, sunny and stylish. What can I say? Amazing! I would definitely come back here. Negative: -1 star is only for the AC trouble, which was not working in one of the bedrooms and took 3 morning to fix. But the manager was very nice, always in touch and helped quickly with anything. Also need to warn: if you are travelling as 2 separate couples, one bathroom has a bath, instead of shower, which is inconvenient,as it’s almost impossible to take shower and not splash water outside. But for 1 family with kids bath is great.
