Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Great location, great and spacious apartment with everything you need. I stayed there for 4 weeks and had nothing but positive experiences with the apartment itself, the building facilities, the staff & security and the general environment. I was there at the time when the severe storm hit Dubai and the surrounding area. Ustay contacted me, warned me of the situation and provided me with instructions. The apartment remained dry and undamaged compared to many other places. So I felt safe during the storm. Ustay was also very accommodating and flexible when it came to the check-out time, which of course was great. To make it short: 10/10, absolutely recommendable and I would go there again anytime :)
Nice & modern apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in the area & a very handy 24h shops in the lobby area. I found the kitchen too thin on equipments. A coffee machine would have been very useful & I particularly missed the saucer that goes with the cup!! Manageble but just. What’s outstanding about it is the host - Mary. Attended to all my essential needs promptly - thanks Mary.
