المسكن جدًا جميل وراقي ومودرن ولكن هناك بعض الازعاج من اصلاحات للشقة المجاورة أو الأعلى صباحًا يدق درل بالجدار. غير ذلك الشقة جميلة.
To start the apartment is nice, like the pictures, however some flaws were not shown. The host was very responsive and affective. The apartment is in a very dated apartment block with very slow, intermittent lifts. The shared pools are very basic (2* hotel equivalently, for the money you pay). However, you are right on the beach, which is a 3 minute walk, very nice. If you like noise and the hustle and bustle, this is the location for you. I prefer peace and quiet (palm).
Not only was the house fantastic, the host was extremely helpful whenever called upon. Roxy provided above and beyond the level expected and I would recommend her at the ustay team to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious experience.

First time in Dubai and the best time in Dubai this luxurious stay was the best fit in accommodating my trip, the host was Quick and responsive when it came to any inquiries that I needed, very Beautiful place with book again 12/10
Incredible apartment! Its interior design is really special, we loved it. Just like on the photos! The host always replied instantly. The location is perfect, right next to a supermarket and only a few minutes walk to the JBR Walk. The only thing we didn’t like is that you can’t open the windows. I would love to rent it again. If you are into art and look for something special, just go for it!
