Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. ACCESS CARDS: The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest. LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement était propre et exactement comme sur l’annonce. La literie est très confortable et il y a toute les commodités comme une machine à laver, un lave-vaisselle, un grand frigo, une clim douce et silencieuse. Les prestations de la résidence sont un vrai plus (place de parking attitrée, piscine, salle de sport, plage privée avec transats et matelas à disposition).
