The apartment was nice, small and cozy. It was actually a litter smaller than expected, but doable for 1 person to stay. The bathroom was in a bad condition, as there was water coming out of the wet area to the dry area, and the dry area water was logging due to poor slope. The water used to jam in dry area and develop a stink. Had complained about it to the host, thought the host was very responsive and prompt, but the problem was not resolved as nothing could be done at that time. So had to deal with that bathroom for 4 days. Rest all was good, but the bathroom experience ruined it.
Very nice and modern apartment and management of the apartment was always available. Also the view of this apartment is very nice (Marina). Would definitely recommend that place.
I would definitely recommend the place and will come back again. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. Only the bathroom needs some renovation, due to the water from the shower cabin going out, which caused some inconvenience, but nothing major. The location is perfect, next to a metro station, next to Carrefour and Almaya 24/7 shops. The Marina is located just on the opposite side of the road, which was convenient to be crossed via the metro station. As a guest, I'll advise the host to clean the couch and its pillows and provide more forks and knives. Everything else was very good :)

Gostámos muito de ficar aqui alojados. O apartamento é muito confortável e com boas condições (apenas pequeno problema no WC mas que acredito que resolvam facilmente). A pouca distância a pé chegamos à estação ou à Marina, o que é excelente. O bairro onde a torre está inserida também é muito agradável. O anfitrião é muito atento e muito prestável.

Location is very convenient, host was super responsive and appartment was clean. Small suggestions that would have made the stay more pleasant; drying rack/hangers for towel, dishwashing soap, sponge and wipes would have been convenient and would have helped us to keep the place clean, Reduce water overflowing from shower Chopping board Remove stains from couch Overall good stay.
