LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night. DTCM Permit No. DUB-HOR-CVIHE ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Cleaning Fee included in reservation is for the after stay cleaning. Was a lovely stay for my friends and I. Our host was extremely friendly and receptive, every question I had was answered within minutes . Comfortable beds and fresh white towels as well. It was awesome
I am a bit torn on this review. The location, apartment size and finishings, as well as the check-in experience and host's responsiveness were all commendable. However, we had an unsavory experience living inside this apartment for two weeks. Some context: We stayed at this apartment during the early part of the December holidays. We were two families (4 parents + 4 kids under-5 + 2 nannies). Some of the core issues we faced: 1. A bedside table made of wood and glass that was taped together using cellotape that fell and shattered and could have caused major injury to a child. 2. Fire alarm buzzing that went off every night while the kids were asleep and was never fixed (though attempts were made by the host) 3. Plumbing issues in the house - including clogging, water pressure, and discolored water (brownish-yellow) coming out of the taps Moreover, for a house this size and for the steep price, we expected more pots/pans, cooking utensils, towels, sheets, and related household items
We had a fantastic stay and felt right at home. Absolutely stunning apartment with beautiful views.
Great place, exactly like the pictures. The only small issue we had was that there was only 1 card which would open the reception doors between the 4 of us. It wasn’t a major issue as reception would let you in most the time or you could time the door with someone else. Overall it was a great stay and lovely place.
