Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. The place fits the description perfectly and it feels like home. We have no problem throughout our stay and the host was always helpful. The only problem was a strong cigarette smell inside the apartment when we checked in, but the host quickly was prompt to find a solution and we could easily get rid of the smell. A great place to stay for a couple, the gym and swimming pool are also a nice addition and there’s plenty restaurants and supermarkets around the apartment so that we can get everything without having to walk too far. We will definitely come back.

This stay is absolutely worth your money! Felt right like home away from home, everything was clean and spotless and easily accessible. The host, UStay was also always available and extremely responsive in case of any doubts/problems. It has super easy connectivity to both taxi and metro and I would recommend this stay for sure.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Pas de problèmes majeur, résidence très bien situé et 3min des metro/tram, carrefour market ouvert 24h/24 juste en bas de la résidence. Piscine et salle de sport accessible facilement, c’est vraiment bien.

This area is nice, easy to find and access to other places in Dubai. Host is very responsive as well. Room is Morden indeed. 👍 Just the photos looks a lot more spacious but not the deal breaker and water pressure is a bit low haha.
